Rebuilt using NOS SIP-Scootershop (Germany) panels.​

Raw steel finish. Polished with compound and waxed thoroughly. All welds and tooling marks from the metal pressings visible.

Creates a really unusual texture as this is usually covered in filler or high build primer.

Frame alignment checked on jig prior to final assembly.

 

DR130 cylinder upgrade.

SHBC 19.19 carburettor.

Mazuchelli crank.

3 speed gearbox (new shift mechanism).

New stator & loom.

Fully rebuilt engine & gearbox, new bearings, oil seals and clutch.

New tyres, wheels, brake drums, shoes & wheelbearings.

 

Essentially a new bike from the ground up!
